Carlin Automation was established February 1977 in Rock Island, IL as a manufacturer's representative. Western/Central Illinois, IA, and Eastern Nebraska were originally covered out of Rock Island. In 1990, we expanded eastward and opened a second office in the Chicago area.

Carlin Automation is oriented towards sales and service of products that address industrial temperature applications. Major markets we serve include:

We distinguish ourselves by being knowledgeable about the products we sell and the processes we are addressing. Carlin Automation provides customers with Application Engineering assistance, start-up help, and product training. In addition, our instrument service department is ISO Guide 17025 Accredited with a Thermal Scope. We provide bench repair/calibration, system accuracy and temperature uniformity survey services.
